Oga Label Atelier produces handcrafted luxury leather goods using traditional methods. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, shipping timelines may vary depending on product type, destination, and whether the item is ready-to-wear or bespoke.

We ship both within Nigeria and internationally.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Ready-to-Wear Items
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items
  • Production timelines will be communicated at the point of order or consultation.
  • Shipping commences only after production is completed.
  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to the handcrafted nature of our work.
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING WITHIN NIGERIA

Delivery Timeframes

  • Lagos: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Other States: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and external factors.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs within Nigeria are calculated at checkout or communicated directly.
  • Fees may vary depending on location, package size, and courier service.

Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the provided address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times vary by destination, courier service, and customs clearance processes.

Shipping Fees

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation.
  • Fees are based on destination, package weight, and courier rates.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For international orders:

  • Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by their local authorities.
  • Oga Label Atelier does not control or predict these charges and cannot be held responsible for them.
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed by customs authorities. Any resulting costs will be borne by the customer.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available).
  • Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may not reflect real-time changes immediately.

DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS

Oga Label Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Force majeure events, including strikes, weather conditions, or government restrictions

If a package is delayed or missing, we will assist in communicating with the courier where possible, but resolution timelines are subject to the courier’s processes.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Oga Label Atelier is not liable for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
  • Packages delivered to incorrect locations due to customer error

Additional shipping costs incurred as a result will be the customer’s responsibility.

UNDELIVERED / RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to pay customs duties (international orders)

The customer may be required to cover reshipping costs. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping fees.

INSURANCE

Shipping insurance is not included by default unless stated otherwise. Customers may request insured shipping at an additional cost prior to dispatch.
